Please Note: Endurolete cannot process or exchange packages marked "Return to Sender." To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send product back to the Endurolete returns department along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using a third party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.


Products are only available for exchange if they are defective or damaged. Items available for exchange should not be used or opened, and in new condition with the tamper proof seals intact and not removed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the defective or damaged item back to us. Depending on where you live, the shipping time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment method used to make your original purchase within 7-10 business days.


If it has been more than 7-10 business days from the delivery of your returned package, first thoroughly check your bank account statement again. If you do not see it, then contact your credit card company or bank directly as it may take additional time for your refund to be posted to your account. In some cases, it may take longer than 7-10 days for your bank to post a refund. Orders are shipped to the exact delivery address entered into the website when the order is placed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer, under our discretion, may be responsible for a returns processing fee of $10 as well the re-shipment cost equal to the cost of shipment for the order. If the package is refused and a refund is requested, the customer, under our discretion, may be responsible for a returns processing fee of $10 and a refund will be processed excluding any shipping and handling fee.


When we ship the Product to you, our Standard ground mail service is shipped via the combined services of UPS and USPS. With our Expedited Priority Processing Option (if available), we will make your shipment our priority and ship your package out the next day for all orders placed before 10PM PST (packages should arrive within seven to ten (7-10) business days. Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any monthly or bi-monthly shipments.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the carrier service you chose at the time of your order. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, you are responsible for filing a claim with your carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit to forwarding services or companies. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, it is your responsibility to contact your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. Additionally we are not responsible for weather related damage or delays to your order.
